Lose weight before Thanksgiving


Its that time of year to lose weight before Thanksgiving. There is little more that two weeks before Thanksgiving, and you can lose weight in order to look great for the holidays. I have a few tips to help you get started on the road to the future, and I feel great for Thanksgiving.
First you need to lose weight, and I mean really want. If you have the right frame of mind to lose weight for you. I did a lot of diets with failure, because I do not think I want to lose weight while I was hungry.I'm sure I'm not alone on this. So my first tip you want to lose weight, if you give yourself only two weeks on the diet, you will lose weight, and there is a prize at the end of the two weeks, the Thanksgiving dinner. What a great reward for two weeks. I'm not saying starve Your Self, just to find a diet plan that works with you and the food you wanted. There are many different ones out there. If you can stay on the diet for two weeks, you will lose weight and choose your foods differently for Thanksgiving. What I mean is that if you have lost 5lbs in the next two weeks, you'll feel so good about themselves and their achievements, which can choose a piece of cake, but I bet it will be a piece of cake is much less than if you do not lose those 5lbs.
You started a weight loss program and you have 2 weeks Til Thanksgiving, so here are some ideas on how to stay on your program.
Have some of your food is done, it's so easy to open the fridge and grab something and it's warmer than before in order to prepare it. This helps to temptation grabbed a bag for chip-something to eat.
I know you hear this one all the time, but to drink the water, it will really help you lose weight. If you do not like the water just put something in it, like a lemon, cucumber or mint. This will help with taste.
Exercise, just get up and do more than they are now. You do not have to walk 5 miles or buy a DVD to carry out on foot to the corner or at the end of the road
